And it&#8217;s not that hard to make.<span class=\"style\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\"><video class=\" alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/zaakistan.com\/Media\/icecream-2.mov\" controls=\"controls\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\"><\/video>I was inspired to make the leap and buy an ice cream maker after an evening at Kevin and Mati&#8217;s apartment in Montreal. Kevin had made some delicious kiwi ginger sorbet and orange basil granita.Amber and I ordered a <a title=\"http:\/\/www.cuisinart.com\/catalog\/product.php?product_id=45&amp;item_id=82&amp;cat_id=10\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cuisinart.com\/catalog\/product.php?product_id=45&amp;item_id=82&amp;cat_id=10\">Cuisinart\u00a0 ICE-20 <\/a>online through Zellers. A few days later, when we went to pick it up, I already had the ingredients to my first batch of maple walnut ice cream: <span class=\"style_2\">Milk, Cream, Sugar, Eggs, Maple Syrup, Corn Syrup, Walnuts.<\/span><span class=\"style\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\">The recipe I used is from the <a title=\"http:\/\/www.benjerry.com\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.benjerry.com\/\">Ben &amp; Jerry&#8217;s<\/a> ice cream recipe book.<span class=\"style\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph_style\">This is a short video of my first experience making ice cream (thanks to April for filming.
