You don\u2019t care what the American people think?<\/p>\n<p>CHENEY: No. I think you cannot be blown off course by the fluctuations in the public opinion polls.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>He&#8217;s right, you shouldn&#8217;t completely stall a project if it is all of a sudden unpopular. But, I don&#8217;t think there has been much fluctuation <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pollingreport.com\/iraq.htm\">on this one<\/a>.
