completed August 15, 2003 @ Robichaud, NB

This was an experience. I will let the various pages of this site explain what it was like. There are lots of pictures, some video, character sketches, a daily log, and more.

The trip was a supported trip, meaning we didn't carry our camping gear on our bikes. We were fortunate enough to have a vehicle and a driver to care for our things as we peddled accross the continent. I must say that the group did extremely we
ll considering none of us were experienced cyclists in any respect prior to the trip.

Each of the people on this trip did it for different reasons. I did it for the experience, the physical test, the sights, the dimension, and for the challenge. I will add that it was a challenge and in Bernd's words, it did test the fabric of my being. I did learn more about myself and my land.

Check out the trip.
