Just enjoying a little ostrich jerkey – product of South Africa – to supplement my lunch today in Bhekulwandle. Ingredients: raw ostrich meat, spices (salt, irradiated spices: nutmeg, black pepper, cloves), sugar, yeast extract, preservative: potassium sorbate, vinegar (with caramel colorant).
